I have a client base of 462 loan modification clients. There are only 2 clients complaining and both and are trying to put the blame on me instead of admitting that they were responsible for what happened to their modification.

Please review the reply reposts to the two comments that were left. These are contradicting them selves one says I pass it off to a sewcond rate processor and one says I dont have a processor. This replay is a client that proves I do have a processor and we do the loan modification because she has spoken to my processor. I have just discredited the valididty of the person who posted anonymous. I have 2 processor one works with me in my office and the other is an independent contractor that i hire his company to process the loan modification. The processor Kelley is discussing has 25 years experience. Yes after I sell the modification the file goes to a processor. The processor then works with a processor on the bank or lenders side. That is how every loan or loan modification is done with every bank or lender. I have been in this business for 12 years. Kelley was in the processor and cancelled our authorization to negoitiate on her behalf. She refused to send the lender her tax returns which were requested by us and her lender repeatedly. Which are required for a loan modification. Never went to court with her because all this is documented by us and her lender.

I wished that the complaints against 1st Financial Lending Group of Hollywood owner Tom Pfirrman , had been posted before I got “SCAMMED” by Tom. I paid Tom over 7K for loan modification services with money back guaranteed if not successful. Hopefully, this message will stop Tom from scamming other innocent victims.
Because of Tom and his incompetent staff and after six long stressful months, my property went under foreclosure. I pleaded with Tom to get his attorney to help me save my home or to refund my monies he never did. Now, neither Tom nor his staff is returning my calls or emails. I am financially devastated.
