Needed drivers for my touch screen under the new Windows 7 Operating System. Did a search and came up with “Windows 7 Touchware Drivers”. Clicked on the “sponsored links” in Torrent Portal which indicated the file available for download. When I clicked on it I was instructed to pay $4.75 to initiate the download. (For access to the Fast Download Servers for 3 days). After I had entered my visa details and activated my account I received a confusing confirmation which did not mention Fast Download Archive but said “Congratulations! You are now a member of Mega Flix Pass ! YOUR MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION, PLEASE SAVE! Your USERNAME is: NH Your PASSWORD is: ultima Your SITE is: Mega Flix Pass To get to the MEMBER AREA, go to: http://www.megaflixpass.com If you have PROBLEMS go to: Customer Support ” Then the link took me to a page in fast Download Archive where this file was nowhere to be seen.
I immediately clicked on the customer support link and sent an email to support@customersupporthelp.com saying i was not interested in their FastDownload Archive as the windows touchware drivers file was not available for download. I received a reply 24hrs later saying “Thankyou for your support request. We are currently experiencing higher than usual volume, so may not respond immediately. Please send no further emails. If you have urgent Billing Requests or Account Problems, you can resolve them yourself using our online account tools at http://www.customercarelive.com ” 24 hours later my Visa Card was debited with around $95 (762.48 ZAR) with the reference Easy365help.com. When i checked on the web page “Your account will be charged every thirty days from the day you originally subscribed. For example, if your account was activated on October 15th, your credit card will be automatically charged again on November 14th. If you cancel your account before the due billing date your account will expire at the end of that billing cycle” When I clicked on cancel it said “To cancel your membership, please use the online Cancel Form. You must cancel 24 hours prior to the end of your pay period. When cancelling, remember to use the same email address you used to register. You will receive an email confirmation of your cancellation.”
When I clicked on Easy365help.com “online Cancel Form” it gave three fields Member ID: Site Name: Username: Email Address: When I put in my “megafix id” a drop down boxfor Site Name gave me three very graphic named choices of(I assume) porn web sites (I never have and never will use my credit card to buy porn). This was obviously a bait and switch elaborate rip off scheme where any attempt at cancellation will have you diverted to another web site and probably your email address forwarded to spammers.
I aborted my attempts at cancelling / contacting Easy365help.com and decided to post this RIP OFF with your site and cancel the credit card transaction with Visa. However I fear these criminals will keep passing my credit card details between themselves and I will have to cancel my Visa Card as well.
