Bankcard Empire and Edgewood Productions

NOTE: Please look below this report for comments by the company, individuals, employees, ex-employees and victims, if there are any. They may contain invaluable and important updates about this case.

Hi, My wife was also a victim of Bankcard Empire or Edgewood Productions to the amount of $12250. Please e-mail me back with your name and phone number so all of us that are victims might compile a list to possibly file a class action. If you know of someone that might already be compiling names for a possible action, please let me know. This company is just too big to go it alone. They let the affiliates do the deceptive sales. They also are serious about their name being tarnished with an aggressive litigation department. Isn’t that right Ray Petty? He was supposed to call me back within 24 hrs but hasn’t. As we all know, Ray is getting paid good to monitor the bulletin boards.

Thanks,

To avoid the threats of litigation and remove anything that might be construed as defamatory, I would like to make a retraction. The amount of the sale was $10250 not $12250. To appease Bankcard Empire, I will say that they have stated they are not responsible for statements their sales affiliates made as they have furnished them with guidebooks to go by. They have also said that they have tried to weed out the bad ones. So strike out my words where I said my wife was a victim of Bankcard Empire. She is a victim of an affiliate salesman that did not follow a guidebook.

My wife also pointed out that I listed the wrong affiliate for BCE, as it should have read Edgemont Productions. I hope Edgewood will accept my apologies for associating them with BCE.

Have you had a similar experience please phone or e-mail me? We would like to help Bankcard Empire weed out the bad apples.

I just answered the doorbell and the postman presented us with a certified letter from BCE that we refused.

Just give us our money back.

    Thanks,

I signed up with BCE almost a year ago. I never got all of the literature that they say that they sent. I did begin tio get phone calls from people who called themselves affiliates after much quizzing. I got at least 4 calls from these people saying that no one could make money with this organization without investing large sums of money for advertising. Anywhere from $5000 to $20000. When i told them that I had signerd up to be a sales person they scoffed at me saying i was a fool think that I could sell the BCE with out advertising over the internet. I called back to BCE and told them of theses phone calls and they told me that these people were call and tell me what to do; I never received one of those calls but would in return receive another call from someone who would tell me that he represented BCE and that I should make a minimum investment of %5,000 in advertising to succeed. I again explained that I had counted on calling on people in business that I knew and did not have the money to invest.
I have had some health problems in my family during the past year and had been unable to provide $5000 or to even make more calls on potential customers until I got more literature from BCE.
I just called MR Charles Rucci or at leat his phone number which i had received in the beginning to tell him that I had not been able to get a single client to call and that I wanted my $500 initial investment back. He told that I had to show proof that these people that I called on were not interested. So if no one was interested because I did not have the literature that I had been asking for then I have no one to prove that I could not get any interest. He says that I would have ti have gotten people to call to prove that they were not interested. This is a new rule made uip after I sent them the $500 which was promised to be returned (a guarantee of sorts )
