Beware of Scam Site www.berankednumber1.net

NOTE: Please look below this report for comments by the company, individuals, employees, ex-employees and victims, if there are any. They may contain invaluable and important updates about this case.

I ordered a search engine advertising package in September of 2009 by berankednumber1.net.I payed $169 and it was for my website to have first page placement on Google and Yahoo under specific keyword terms within 7 days. Well 7 days had passed then another 7 then another 7. I had sent several email asking for assistance and wanting to know why my website had not been placed yet. They emailed me on occasion telling me that they would look into it then I would not hear from them again and it was fishy because the email was a cheesy yahoo email they used.

Anyways I kept emailing them with no response. So I then decided to go directly to their website and talk to them on their live chat and to my horror the website was no longer online! So I then panicked and requested a refund through the email address I had with them, however they ignored my request repeatedly. This website just went back online but I found out by “whois” that they were taken offline for giving false information about who owns their website. They are still charging me a monthly fee for doing nothing, and they have now billed my credit card another $119 so they are just basically stealing my money now. They have now cost me of $300 and this was only meant to be an investment. With the advertising I would have been able to make that money right back so this has hurt me financially. They have also put my online business account (paypal) in jeopardy because they overdrew it with the monthly subscription that I tried to cancel and anyone who has paypal knows what a nightmare that can be!
