I was looking on the internet for a Canadian pharmacy that would sell antibiotic pills without a prescription, due to no doctors in my home town in Ottawa, Ontario. Hospitals aren’t taking any new patients, since my doctor died, you cannot find another doctor taking new patients, so its a 5 to 6 hour wait to see a doc at the hospital. I found a website called canadaonlinepharmacy.org
and they gave a guarantee that if I don’t get the pills after a month, they will fully refund my money. So I thought, okay I will order them, I paid over $74 dollars for 30 pills, they took my money off my credit card, and my credit card shows they got my money.
One week after ordering the pills I thought I would ask this websites supervisor a question, I got no reply. I once again, next day, emailed this company again, and still no reply. I checked out what they had to say about my shipping details on the email receipt they sent me, I ordered the pills on December 14th 2008, and was supposed to get the pills on Jan 6 latest, this included a 6 day wait for customs, but the pills never came, so Jan 6 2009 I emailed them again, still no reply. I emailed every available contact email address they had listed, and still no contact. On my 8th email, 2 days ago, I threatened to report them as a fraud website, for stealing my money, and not replying to even one of my emails! I was very polite in all my other 7 emails, but enough was enough, I am not rich, and now I wish I didn’t pay for this using my credit card!
I think they have false, made up, comments from past customers, because you can’t get a hold of these people at all. I threatened to call my lawyer on them, and take them to court, and told them their website will be closed down, so they don’t rip off future customers. But still no reply! They ripped me off, and never did give me the promised tracking number, all they gave me was a day it was shipped, and when to expect it at the latest, January 6th/2009. There is no way it takes well over a month to ship the item. I live in Canada. There is no response from these people, and people are giving their credit card numbers to pay for high shipping prices and products, and I did not get anything from these people. This website is a fraud! I want my money back. To me $75 IS A LOT OF MONEY.

Linda had a high chance of money retrieval because she paid with a credit card. She went to the bank and requested a “credit card chargeback”, brought documents and evidence that the item was paid for but not received (if necessary).
