Carlos and Nayda Pineiro stole over $600000 from a group of investors involving a bar in West Hollywood called Numbers in 2007. My good friend was among that group and he alone had the courage to call out the fraud online and try to spread the word and warn the general public about the shady dealings of Carlos Pineiro. A list of victims of Carlos’ fraud on this Numbers transaction alone is viewable upon request. In addition to 6 investors chasing this scumbag, both the IRS and the FTB are investigating Carlos Pinero, who has since dropped off the face of the earth and cannot be found. In addition, some of the investors involved has received numerous inquiries from State of California government agencies and investors from as far off as France who have also been victimized by ‘Barlos’ Pineiro.
It is revolting that someone would have the audaciousness to slander someone they ripped off for $125000. Beware Carlos Pineiro.

I was swindled by Carlos Pineiro. He is supposedly in Barcelona working for Steve Wynn but Wynn fired him for stealing years ago. He and his wife are supposed to be “divorced” but that’s just another scam to evade the many judgements against them. They are living in West Hollywood and he’s still up to his old tricks.
