I have bad credit and was in need of a loan. I am a single mom and it is hard to raise a child by yourself. So I thought I would get on the internet and search “loans for people with bad credit” I filled out a couple of apps online to see if I was able to get a loan. The next day a woman from C.E.B. called and said that they would finance me and that they needed a security deposit because I am considered “high Risk.” She said they would fax me over there information and what the company was about as well as information about the loan and the amount of the security deposit. I read the agreement and everything seemed ok to me so i sent them the 3164.00 money they asked for. Patricia Falcon was the name of the woman I talked to and she said that the money would be deposited into my account within 12-24 hours. It has been over a week and nothing has been deposited and no one will return my calls or emails! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!! I have no money for rent or my car payment they screwed me over!

The same thing happened to me. I sent them 3700 dollars. My lady was Patricia Falcon too. I have their phone number and 2 names of representatives. I don’t know how to go about sueing them for my money because I threw away the paperwork they sent me. Who should I talk to about sueing these people. Definetely call the Better Business Bureau or the FTC. This really sucks I got completely screwed.
