I was a Chrysler customer for 16 years,and all I ever owned was trucks. My payments left always matched the book value of the truck until my last truck. The dealer said my 2005 truck was only worth 5,000 dollars and I owed 15,000, NADA said 15,000. Chrysler also said the value was 5,000. Chrysler and the dealers violated a signed contract by devaluing their products, and not giving the true trade in value of the same. It’s criminal to take 27,000 off a 32,000 truck in three years.
