I have never had any issues with them. Sorry you went through what you did but you also have to remember what you agreed to. I had something similar happen to me once but I didn't cancel like the terms I agreed to stated. The Customer service rep was pleasant and explained to me and showed me what I agreed to. All I can say to anyone is READ WHAT YOU AGREE TO. Good thing about this company is they are open 24/7 so you can always get a hold of someone there.
