DIRECT MORTGAGE FUNDERS and David Kashani falsely claimed that I was an attorney affiliated with their company. My name was used without my permission, both verbally and on the company’s websites.

This company has also made false claims that refunds for unsuccessful loan modifications are to go through my approval. However, I am not, in any way, affiliated with this company. I have never entered into any agreements or contracts with this company. Nor do I represent this company or any of the clients of this company.
