I had lady living with me that i had believed was a good person i began this relationship with this person in 1999 she was barely making it in life and i began to support her and her 2 daughters as a man should when she went to live with me, well as i worked as a desiel mechanicand i gave them the best of the best well in 2003 i began looking for a home to buy we looked at all kinds of homes big one in good areas and in middle class neighbor hoods and of all price ranges well she didnt like anything ,August came around and due to an accident i was incarcerated for about 25 days well what do you know all of a sudden she had found someone to rebuild a home for us and as i was in jail doing those days she went to the jail telling me of the contractor and if i would allow her to give the down payment that she would take me the contract along with a notary public so i could sign the contract well i believed her but she never returned as she said , apon my release i always asked her for the contract at first she would say the contractor hadnt gave it to her yet ,then she would say that her daughter had them put away and she wasnt home or her daughter was to tired and she wasnt going to tell her to look for them and allot of time she would get so mad she would tell me what bthe hell im not going to steal everything from you and would storm out the home and leave ,in June2004 we moved in and welli supported these people in every way possible i would even pay for her to go see her sick mother in El Salvador 2 times a yearthey had no worries, in April of 2005as she was in El Salvador i happened to get the mail and found out the property taxes were still in the contractors name so when she got home i asked her and she gave me alot of aruguements and still refused to give me the contract in May2005 she got me out with a kick out order by August 27,2005 the property deed was in her and her daughters name and the funny thing is that the contractors wife told me to my face that the lady and the contractor had a special contract and there wasnt anything i could do about it that part of it was to keep me of the deed and now there was nothing i could do about it and yes they knew i paid for everything and they didnt care ,i couldnt do anything about it can you believe this, thru a confidence con game i was defrauded out of everything i ever worked for, this lady had nothing when i met her she lived off welfare, foodstamps and only had a minimum wage job, and being i dont know where to turn or how to get my properties back my life feel lost,they say report it well you know what no one listens this lady stole all my I.D ,S.S.C MY RESIDENT CARD she has committed other crimes and still no one listens and the police did nothing to her when imreported heron the other crimes she committed and they are felonies, where is the justice system?
