We need help in correcting our roof problems, by Dennis Raymond roofing,of Amherst Ohio. Rotted wood was not replaced in one area & torch down flat roof blew off due to incorrect installation,& ice guard was not installed as promised . We are out 5K & the contractor refuses to fix his mistakes,note pics of new wood next to rotted that was not replaced causing a leak this past winter, resulting in our kitchen ceiling falling in exposing the rotted wood & water pouring in..BUYER BEWARE DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If the wood was rotted and never replaced, then it would have leaked before the new roof anyways, so how come it only leaked and ruined your ceiling after new shingles? you obviously got the roof because the old shingles were bad, but yet the leak that destroyed your ceiling was after the new shingles! Sounds like a load of bull to me.
And yes, I am a roofer!
