This ‘company’ called my mother and sold her an extended auto warranty to my deceased father’s car. The car has been in the driveway for years and they convinced her to buy an extended plan to cover any future expenses if she decided to ever get the car up and running again. They have charged $1999.00 to my mom’s credit card, which she gave over the phone but in her defense, she has MS and since my dad died hasn’t been doing very well and a few years ago never would have fallen for this BS. She almost didn’t tell any of us about it but I found the ‘receipt’.
I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. The group is allegedly based in Plantation, Florida. Their number show up on caller ID as ‘corporate ofc’ 954 423 3700.
