When looking for a moving company, I came across FL Movers and Storage. My Sales representative was Tysh, She gave me a lot of helpful information, and the quote was not bad as well. I then reserched the company, and found this review. I was very shocked. I contacted Tysh, she explained the information about this customer and I beleived her. I decided to move with FL Movers and Storage on September 1st, going to Brooklyn, NY and my Move went great. Pick up was on time as well as delivery. I got my things 5days after pickup. All of my items arrived in one peice, there was not one problem. I understand that not everymove goes as smoothly as mine, but some people are just out to screw companies, to get free service. This is why our economy is the way it is, everyone trying to screw everyone. I would definatly move with FL movers in the Future, I think this customer complaining, just wanted Free Moving Services. Very Unfair.
Thank you FL Movers and Tysh....

Currently, I have 4 HDTVs in my house. Sony Bravia LCD (less than 1 year old and it is a 1080P), Sony HD Cineza (1080i) in my theater room, Panasonic Plasma EDTV (about 9 years old which I pay a lot of money for it when Plasma first came out) and the newly purchased Panasonic VIERA X1 Series TC-P42X1 (720P). I can tell you that this Plasma is much better than the $1499 Sony Bravia LCD 1080P. The picture is super clear even just connect it with cable and Satellite. DVD is incredible and you do not need a Blue-Ray player becasue regular DVD is just as good as Blue-Ray on this one. I have all the technologies, cable/DirecTV, Toshiba HD-DVD player, Sony PS3 Blue-Ray, DVD recorder all connected to this set. So far this is the best $800 plasma you can buy. My old Panasonic Plasma which just was an Enhanced Definition and it is about 10 years now and the picture is still looking good. I never had any problem with Panasonic TV and it is a better brand in Japan than Sony. Go get one, you will be pleased!

I purchased this from Amazon.com, with the scheduled delivery from CEVA. Ordered last sunday, delivery was one week later. Having the option of sunday delivery was great, and the delivery was very professional and definitely white glove.

DO NOT USE FL MOVERS AND STORAGE... THEY ARE A SCAM!! They came to pick up my furniture and said I had to pay 600 dollars more or they will do not do the job. I called the company and we agreed on a price (200 more than quote). The driver left and said he wouldn't do it for the price the manager told me on the phone. They then proceeded to charge my account 450.00 in addition to be 250 deposit I lost. DO NOT USE THEM FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO HIRE.

This costumer, Mrs. Lee has been nothing but a nightmare. Her husband was the one who made the reservation for the move to AZ with a sales rep and gave them all the information. When the movers arrived there had more than double the items on the list and the foreman gave him a quote for all the additional services. Mr. Lee was very nice and agreed to the charges. The men continued packing and then Mrs. Lee arrived. She started yelling and screaming, cursing our movers AND her husband for not disclosing everything they actually had.
Long story short, the Lees fille dup an entire truck and still had items left over. We sent over a different driver to pick up the remaining items AT COST to us and put them all on their way to AZ. When out truck was about to leave the state of TN, Mrs. Lee called the office crying and screaming, stating she does not like it in AZ, she does not want to be there and she wants her items delivered BACK to FL. The manager explained to her that this will cost money since we had to stop the truck in mid route, unload her items and find another truck coming back and reload all her items. The manager asked her for this request in writing to make sure this is indeed what they want.
Once that was emailed over, the change was made. On the morning of delivery, Mrs. Lee stated to the driver that she does not have the remaining balance yet and that they need to wait. The men waited for her from 9am until 5pm. Finally, at 5 she asked them to come and unload. When the crew arrived the POLICE DEPORATMENT was awaiting at the Lees home. The DEMANDED that the driver unload some of the items, Mrs. Lee claimed were essential to her. The driver SHOULD NOTR HAVE DONE THAT! IT IS ILLEGAL FOR THE POLICE TO ORDER A DELIVERY WITHOUT PAYMENT!!! Some of the items she asked be unloaded included a TANNING BED, very essential.
The remaining of her belongings came back to our storage facility. They DID NOT PAY A DIME on delivery and still have a balance. The manager tried calling them to make a resolution and they keep hanging up on him. We even had a furniture company contact us to tell us that the Less are behind on their payments to the items they purchased there and the want to come to out facility and REPOSES those items. Sadly, the items were delivered to the Lees, but they LIES to this company stating we had the items. So, they seem to not be paying many establishments for services and products, not only us.
Meanwhile, their bill keeps growing due to storage charges and soon, their items will be set to go to public auction, since they REFUSE to remit payment.
We are still interested in resolving this amicably; however, they MUST remit payment for their outstanding balance immediately.
