Craig Wilson & Scott Hardy both from Montgomery County, Mt.Sterling,Ky has been frauding ebay and Ebay customers for a long time. They (Craig Wilson) will put things Guitars Amplifiers Laptops various items on auction and before the time limit runs out if the bid is not high enough he will get Scott Hardy to raise the bid to what he wants out of the item. and if Scott Hardy or whomever (which he has invented various names and email addresses) wins he just keeps the item and puts it back on Ebay to sell again. If you look into this you will see anytime Scott Hardy has won any auction he has never paided for the item. Scott Hardy and His father Layton Hardy owns and operates a Pawn Shop in Mt.Sterling and Craig Wilson sells the items for them and items of his own on Ebay but he Frauds the system by having his friends to bid knowing they are not going to buy the item, only to cause the real person not to win the item fair as should be according to the rules of Ebay. I think this should be investigated and stopped to protect Ebay customers.
