How To Report Fraud at Bustathief.com

Hello my name is Jessica Raabe and I live in Pennsylvania. I was scammed by Nigerian Puppy Scam. On 10/9/09 – This man named Sherly Williams is running a Nigerian -Cameroon Puppy Scam for English Bull Dog Puppies. He goes by e-mail address of sherlyml@live.com, tweetyinsly@yahoo.com, and also as a fake pet shipping agency called Pet wide Shipping Service or Airport Tavern at pets.wide.shipping@live.com. On 10/9/09, I inquired in response to some Ads placed online to adopt English bulldog puppies and a few hours later I began receiving e-mails from several different people claiming to want me to adopt their puppies and all I had to do was pay the shipping fee to a pet shipping agency of $200 and then puppies would be on next flight to airport nearest me. So on 10/10/09, I used Western Union to wire transfer $200 as they instructed me to do, to the office headquarters of agency “Pet Wide Shipping” in Cameroon to person named Wiylahla Theophile at #287 Komba-Bonaberi, Douala, Littoral, Cameroon 00237. But after many hours and no word of puppy being on a flight, I became suspicious and started researching on the web and realized I had been scammed. The man never delivered a puppy to me. I called Western Union and they are attempting to cancel the transaction and said if the money has not been picked up yet by the person in Cameroon. Then Western union will cancel transaction and then re-deposit the money back to my bank account in 3-5 business days. I have copies of all of the e-mails and the western union receipt & transactions etc… If you need copies. I was contacted by this Sherly man via telephone from the following phone numbers: +23776185905, +23797858012, +18779893268.

I was also contacted & solicited by the following other people running Fake pet Adoption & shipping Scams for English Bull Dog Puppies, but I did not send these people any money only to the Sherly guy. They are as follows:

come with all papers needed …. this puppy is very playful and i only
have him,he is by name cassie also of absolute temperament as he loves

Thank you for contacting me about my bulldog puppies that i am giving out for adoption ,first i will like to tell you how happy i am that there is someone out there that is interested in providing a home for them . Let me tell you more about my self and the puppies and also why i am giving away them for free to good homes . I am a 39 years old male who got these 2 puppies by name Haily and Eddie precisely 8 weeks ago . so i have been with them for close to 2 months and i believe i know about them very well . So i am giving away these precious babies because of my Working condition here , and secondly my late wife asked me to get these puppies and i just lost her 2 weeks ago , so first i am heart broken and now there is no one to care for these puppies , then i go to work from Mondays to Saturdays and the only resting day i have is Sunday which i am quite busy with church Activities so there is no one to care for them during the day , so that’s why i am giving them away .

The puppies are 12 weeks old today and i have had them for 8 weeks ( 2months ), they are 25 and 30 ibs and they will make a very good companion to you , they are Registered and vaccinated and will come along side all these documents , also they have a 1 year health warranty and guarantee . Pure breed puppies the Male named Eddie And the female Haily , they are not from the same litters , have separate parents . They will be coming with their crates , their feeding booklet , where you will read on how to care for them well .The puppies are Nudged , not house broken , home trained , They eat 2 times daily and are adapted to that , have made a 15 days stay in quarantine and tested to be medically well and healthy and fit for adoption . They are Micro Chipped ,Hand Fed ,DNA tested and USDA Standard and on date with all shots and health papers needed . So all you will pay to have them home is the fee for their papers works and the adoption papers , along with ownership transfer . so for one you will pay $110 and both will be $220 and that’s all .

So for delivery i am re-located here in North Western Region , Republic of Cameroon,So that’s where they will be coming from,So you should have no problem nor worries in regards to that because it will takes approximately 8 hours then you have them home ok, so i am giving them out over there because the people here do not care for pets and animals, some use them as food , others for hunting , rituals and other bad activities you may think of . so i contact the pet rescue team here and they advice me not to give them here , so that’s why i am giving them there . so all the money you are paying for this transaction will be the money for their paper works as i earlier told you because i already got their shipping tickets .
