I have been trying to get a refund of $200.00 from this alleged legal business. We gave a credit card as a deposit, but first inquired about their policies. We were told by both the manager & the owner, Mr. White that if we did not purchase anything from them they would return the deposit. The did request more than we were willing to put. They also said that they would not charge the card just hold it as per their policy. We did not do busy with them. They charged the card a week later. They have since refused to return any phone calls, have cursed at me and behaved in a very unprofessional manner. They claim to have run our credit for financing, but we never authorized that or gave them any other information. My financial institution is refusing to provide the proof that this is a legal transaction after we have clearly stated that this was an approved transaction. Of course, Mr. White is refusing as well. I finally reached him today September 19, 2009, four months later. He stated that he would not be providing with any legal paperwork, he claims he doesn’t have to and he can charge us for whatever he wants.
