Customer called, ordered $15,000, $19,000, and $14,000 worth of solar panels. Credit card payment was “approved”, and a week after merchandise was shipped, credit card holder called and said: “I did not make these purchases.” Panels shipped to New York State UPS retail mail box centers, and then immediately forwarded to Canada. Then immediately forwarded to Ghana, Africa. This is a network of international con artists. Suspicious participants, watch out for these people:
