Heritage Pacific

NOTE: Please look below this report for comments by the company, individuals, employees, ex-employees and victims, if there are any. They may contain invaluable and important updates about this case.

Heritage Pacific is a company that preys on people who have already lost their home. As far as I can tell, they call you based on public records that show you have had your home foreclosed on. They call you and harass you 5-10 times a day with an automated phone system saying that you owe them a debt. They try to get you to call a toll-free number so that they can get your information and your payment for the debt they say they have with you.

Don’t give them any information. They don’t have any legal rights to harass you this way or to try to collect on the debt they say they have with you. Please call them at the toll-free number, 877-225-1102, and tell them what you think about their fraudulent collection practices. If enough people call and complain about their fraudulent collection practices, then maybe we can shut them down. They even boast on their website that “our partners have been enjoying returns of 200-300% or more in a matter of months.” These “partners” are the scumbag people who invest in Heritage Pacific to try to collect on these fraudulent debt collections.

The guy above reporting on Heritage Pacific wants you to think he is a victim because he lost his house in foreclosure and because of that he should be able to walk away from his debt obligation. People like him are reeping havoc on our financial markets by buying things they can’t afford. He owes a debt and is mad that someone is calling him out on his lack of fiscal responsibilty! Heritage Pacific is not a scam! He is the scammer, he borrowed money, agreed to pay it back, and defaulted on his obligation. Everyone should call him and thank him for raising our taxes, crushing our financial markets, and ruining our real estate markets! Thanks Reed K. your a real standup guy!

Evidentally Ben, you are an employee of Heritage Pacific. My advice to you…..if you don’t know the situation causing this foreclosure….keep your mouth shut. It takes a certain type of person to work for these agencies…..miserable and nasty who think they can play God. First of all, if someone defaults on a debt lets say for $5000. These agencies buy this debt for anywhere from 1 to 10 cents on the dollar. You people are the ones who try to make a killing. And you are probably a 3rd party collector…and charge interest on top of it. It’s against the law for a collection agency to charge interest on a “bad debt” or purchased account. People are smarter than you think they are….they are checking into companies like Heritage and any other agency they have to deal with. People DO have protection from 3rd party collectors.

I agree with Reed’s post. These folks have called me, but don’t even have my current address or any real information about my loan.

I asked some questions of the collector and she became aggressive, and repeated Ben’s comments almost exactly.

This company is bad news. Just do a google search and you will see all the people they have ripped off! Ben, that defends HPF is most likely Ben Ganter, twin brother of Chris Ganter who is CEO of HPF.
