Hosting Scam

I have been hosted by http://www.hostmela.com/ for about 3 months, they are a Reseller of Thehostingpalace.com which is a Fraud Company.. They do not respond to support tickets, and they steal your website and will not give you a backup if there services’ go down..
HostMela, is trying to say they are hosting in USA but the server they sell is off in NL..

I contacted paypal and stil no answer from either party.. they have vanished. I had my whole business on there server and now im left with nothing no money ,no database backup they said they had nothing..

Please look into this matter..
