internet fraud

Greetings: On Feb, 2009, I noticed two debits to my account, ($39.73 & $4.87 resulting in $30. NSF chgs. for each debit) My statement provided me with the ACH named (support69.com 1-866-876-2778). I called to register my complaint althought I could not provide them with a user ID or password, they asked me for my email address and was told that the email address on record was not the same and that I would receive a full refund within 10 days. To make a long story short, I have been calling and emailing from march to the present. below is one of the replys that I receive:

Even my contact with billing and (Support@customersupporthelp.com), I get the same story when speaking to any representative. We are overwhelmed with refund requests and the matter will be resolved as soon as possible. My response was, (after waiting three months of being patient it’s no wonder you are experiencing so much volume, and that I have been patient long enough, if I don’t get a resonable explaination other than this, I will report this matter to the proper authorities). What you see above is the only response I received. After this I am unable to reach them by phone.??????????? Can you help me to resolve this issue as this is too much money to chulk up to experience without a good college try. Besides, I’m affraid this may happen again and I want this STOPPED NOW!!!     I HAD THE SAME PROBLEMS. ITS A SCAM. ITS AN INTERNET SCAM AND GUESS WHAT I FOUND. A NICE DIVISION OF THE FBI SET ASIDE JUST FOR SCUM BAGS LIKE THIS.     THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME EXCEPT I COULDN’T GET THROUGH TO A LIVE PERSON. I USED MY CARD TO DOWNLOAD SOFTWARE TO VIEW AN ONLINE TEXTBOOK FOR SCHOOL. AFTER I ENTERED ALL MY INFO MY SCREEN WENT BLACK AND THATS IT. THE CHARGE FOR THE DOWNLOAD WAS SUPPOSE TO BE $4.94 BUT WHEN I CHECKED THROUGH MY ONLINE BANKING THEY CHARGED ME $94.60. IT SHOWS THE MERCHANT AS “AIDONCLAIM.COM” WHICH TURNS OUT RUNS PORN WEBSITES. WHEN I CALLED THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT AT 1-866-972-5078 ALL IT GAVE ME WAS THE WEBSITE http://WWW.CUSTOMERSUPPORTHELP.COM TO CONTACT A LIVE ONLINE SUPPORT AGENT 24 HRS A DAY. THEIR CHARGE TO MY ACCOUNT IS STILL PENDING SO I CALLED MY BANK AND EXPLAINED WHAT HAPPENED. THEY CANCELLED MY DEBIT CARD AND ARE GOING TO DISPUTE IT. THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE STOPPED

    Hey Angela. I was charged that EXACT SAME AMOOUNT LAST MONTH! 94.60! 2 days ago, I just got charged another 91.35! Is there any way anybody on here knows how I can get my money back ASAP? My account is in the negative, and I have no immediate money coming into my account. I’m literally screwed on my monthly bills if I dont get help soon.
