I encounter with Laptop Direct Enterprise Limited(http://www.notebookdirect.net) and bought a laptop. As requested (via a recorded Internet chat with a LAPTOPS DIRECT ENTERPRISE LIMITED employee), I payed $668 for a laptop computer(Sony VAIO VGN-FW465J/B), which includes Next Day Shipping $18.95, plus a western union fee of $64 on Thursday September 10, 2009.
LAPTOPS DIRECT ENTERPRISE LIMITED increased the price of the laptop because of a suppose tax of $330 that the delivery company they try to send it with come up with. Saying I was responsible for the items extra charges; I asked them why they didn’t inform me about it before I bought the item and their respond was “see you have to understand that we did not inform you about this only because we did not know about it”. I asked for my money back but they refuse any refund and still requested the extra money. I spoke with the CEO “Bello Anthony Moruf and he still refuse to give me a refund or take responsibility for their errors, demanding more money.
