Back in 2008 I have a contract to received a merchant machine for the restaurant I own. I have never received the machine and call many of times. I told the people that they should check their system and see that I have never charge any transaction thru their services. They never help me on anything and now that I sold my business I am trying to straight thing out and they don’t even want to refund all the charges for over a year, but also want to charge a closing fee for a services THAT I HAVE NEVER USED.
Can anyone help me to see how can I get my money back?
