On 19/01/09 we admitted the couple with consideration of their baby girl being homeless and the claim they came from lincoln fleeing violence and danger- We then waited for payments-but the couple promised paying after which their housing benefits are paid- the council official came to do an assessment then accrued £1600 was promised to be paid on 27/02/09 and behold they did a runner – even after leaving correct details such the car they drive Citreon AX and photocopied license and original medical cards recently posted here- We have reported incident to Police-C375/27/02/09 and also the DWP benefit fraud office.
