I have been contacted by “prize management services” and told i have won a new car, They told me to go to this place in the middle of the ghetto in washington dc with a credit card and a license. They said to go to 901 31st ST NW Washington dc at 8 pm on Wednesday the 15th.. This is obviously a scam. They said to ensure on the prize form to check your making a minimum of 60k a year. This is obviously a complete scam. They even gave me a claim number which is ITC7600 and said the prize is from sunshine promotions. I need to know where to report this fraud.

I have just received exactly the same call from “prize management sevices”, won the same car with EXACTLY the same confirmation number as Ryan…ITC7600. Was asked to go to an address in Desert Hot Springs – the drug and gang capital of the South West In S Cal.Guarenteed car, cash or Flat screen TV (car can be substituted for cash of course). Had to bring TWO forms of ID and my credit card. Also verified the same income minimum of 60K per annum. This is obviously a scam. The only difference is that it was “Miracle Springs Resorts” – never heard of them and have never entered my name in any competition but they new mine and my wifes names without prompting. WATCHOUT!!!!
