1st Financial Lending Group, Hollywood and Tom Pfirrman falsely claimed that I was an attorney affiliated with their company. My name was used without my permission, both verbally and on the company’s websites.
This company has also made false claims that refunds for unsuccessful loan modifications are to go through my approval. However, I am not, in any way, affiliated with this company. I have never entered into any agreements or contracts with this company. Nor do I represent this company or any of the clients of this company.

I worked for 1st Financial lending Group Hollywood for one week from April 30 09 to May 07 09 and still haven’t been paid. Tom made appointments with me and never kept them. I should have known better than to go to work for him. Tom is a master bullshit artist.

I’m really sorry Kevin feels this way. He was commission only and was working for 4 days only, no sales and no commissions earned, 4 hours per day.

The reason why I am Anonymous is because this man is crazy. He takes your money that is suppose to be used to do a loan modification and doesn’t pay his employees and sniffs it all up his nose if you know what I mean. He has already lost more than 3 peoples homes. He doesn’t have a lawyer or a processor to do the work!!! RUN FROM THIS GUY AND DON’T PAY HIM A DIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anonymous is a disgruntled employee I have already discredited his claims on his post. Ignore this ex-employee he knows about my business or my personal life. Think of this person’s character, what type of person would put these fabricated claims about someone on the internet. He is an awful person to accuse me of these claims. It has affected my children and my family.

Dale Lim solicited my business. I don’t know how he got my number but his assistant called me to have my company hire him to process my client’s modifications. I never used him name on my website or told clients he was my attorney. I have had the same business attorney for 12 years. I have contracted the same processing company for my loans and loan modifications for 12 years also. I have never met the man how he would know anything about my clients or my business. I assume he is slandering my name because I didn’t hire his services as the other company he posted about. Ask yourself this, why I would use Dale Lim’s when I already have an attorney who I have a 12 year relationship with and has been my business attorney from the beginning. I noticed Dale did the same post to another company. The odds that 2 companies did the same thing to him are a million to one. I figured they didn’t hire his service either. I am sorry this man is so vindictive against me for not hiring his services.
