I wished that the complaints against 1st Financial Lending Group of Hollywood owner Tom Pfirrman , had been posted before I got “SCAMMED” by Tom Pfirrman. I paid Tom over 7K for loan modification services with money back guaranteed if not successful. Hopefully, this message will stop Tom from scamming other innocent victims.
Because of Tom and his incompetent staff and after seven long stressful months, my property went under foreclosure. I pleaded with Tom to get his attorney to help me save my home or to refund my monies he never did. Now, neither Tom nor his staff are returning my calls or emails.
Tom Pfirrman I am financially devastated please refund my monies…

This client Lydia Reyna has failed to mention some important details. First the $7K she mentions was for three loan modifications on three of her properties. The property she is discussing in this post is still in review by her lender. My attorney is not need for this process he is used for bait and switch litigation. We cannot control if the lender delays her file. I also discounted her cost for 3 modifications from $10K to $7K and this is what I get in return for being nice. She also fails to mention on the other 2 properties that we cut her payment on the first property we reduced her payment $600.00 to maturity. On the second property we reduced her payment $760.00 to maturity. On the 3rd property she declined a modification offer that reduced her payment $400.00 a month and she declined it. If you decline an offer we warn you of the consequences.

I also forgot to mention that she tried to sue me on this matter and the case was dismissed due to the facts I presented.

I have a client base of 462 loan modification clients. There are only 2 clients complaining and both and are trying to put the blame on me instead of admitting that they were responsible for what happened to their modification.
