		<description>This client Lydia Reyna has failed to mention some important details. First the $7K she mentions was for three loan modifications on three of her properties. The property she is discussing in this post is still in review by her lender. My attorney is not need for this process he is used for bait and switch litigation. We cannot control if the lender delays her file. I also discounted her cost for 3 modifications from $10K to $7K and this is what I get in return for being nice. She also fails to mention on the other 2 properties that we cut her payment on the first property we reduced her payment $600.00 to maturity. On the second property we reduced her payment $760.00 to maturity. On the 3rd property she declined a modification offer that reduced her payment $400.00 a month and she declined it. If you decline an offer we warn you of the consequences.</description>
