They ask me to send 800 to a lender in Canada as collateral. Then had the nerve to call back the next day and say i needed to send 800 more because my funds r being held due to my credit score. I was stupid cuz all the signs were there but i was desperate. I know my money is gone and now im in deeper debt. These people need to be shut down. The person I spoke with called himself Ernest Williams Phone number 1-877-446-3113 ext 228.

So, I’m curious…what ever came of the loan? I recently applied for the same loan and it seems too good to be true. Did they ever send you the funds?

Carlstadt Capital-Shady Characters
When was this transaction? I am wondering how often they have done this and why there aren’t any more complaints. I am dealing with them right now, and, while things are not going according to their sales pitch, I expect them to uphold their end of the deal. If they do not, I would like to know how many other people this has happened to. I will be contacting my state’s Attorney General if things are not resolved on the next business day.
The guy I am dealing with is not calling himself Ernest Williams. I have spoken to two people: the salesman is Dave Winter and the customer service rep is Todd Henry. The company is not listed with the Better Business Bureau, so it is necessary for all who have had bad dealings with this supposed company to come forward and relay their story to others. If all involved can organize and present a valid case, we will stand a better chance of bringing this practice to the attention of the authorities that can actually do something about their shady dealings.
Even if this loan comes through, any and all people dealing with Carlstadt Capital need to know that they do not live up to what they claim. Even after I sent the “additional security deposit” the loan was NOT deposited within the time frame they said it would. Had I not already made a non-refundable deposit on a planned major purchase, I would have opted to wait the 30 days for the supposed refund check.

Carlstadt lending is definetely a fraud. I also thought that this was going to be great for me and my family to get out of trouble and get ahead instead i am out 1065 dollars. They call me the next morning saying that the lender backed out. I told them it was breech of contract give my money back. 30 days for a refund i said no way you broke the contract send me my money. Micheal wilson-chanderloo was the person who recieved my money. i looked his name up online and find a phone # I call it and he picks up and i tell him you have my money I want it back now. he says call the office they will be able to help. No other response from them at all. They are out of cananda hopefully more people will come forward. I would like to see these people pay for thiss

What was this guy’s phone number? Did he sound like he knew what you were talking about, like he knew about Carlstadt?

I too have been frauded by Carlstadt Capital. I applied. I get a call from a guy by the name of Kevin Connor telling me what my options were. I wired 750.00 to Michael wilson-chanderloo in canada. They told me that the funds would be wired to my account. I called them back for confirmation, they told me that the lender needed another 700.00 dollars because of my credit. I wired another 700.00 to Melissa Campbell in canada. Then they wanted another 700.00. I told them to go to hell and that i wanted my money back immediately. They told me it would be 30 days before I would receive my funds. Now I am out 1450.00. I hope they are caught.
