Gene Truman Data Money Online is nothing but a SCAM. DMO website advertise they will not charge a fee unless you make money. DMO drafted $202.91 from my account for no reason. I received the following email below saying I would not be charged and I can cancel anytime. I have sent 10 emails, no response. Company contact number is nothing but a fake voice mail.

I too was scammed by DataMoneyOnline and have been attempting to get my money back, which to date has not been working.
Phone is a non-working number and emails to the helpline get a response back saying they will have a response to my question shortly and follow this link to see what your resonse to your question is, basically the question for a refund has been marked as low priority and it is being looked into. I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for the first request for a refund with no other response from them what-so-ever. Next stop is my bank to see what they can do.

I made the mistake of giving these people my mastercard number.
I have been unable to conact anuyone there to date.
I have emailed them several times and I have had NO response.
My advise would be to stay away!!!!!

You all need to go to the BBB (www.bbb.com) put in their address and company name and file a complaint. I’m in the process of getting my money returned as well. Email refunds@datamoneyonline.com they’re going to throw the terms and conditions at you, so be prepared.

Try this # 1-877-546-8510 you will get a real person..the email refunds@datamoneyonline.com will get you a response but again the say no refunds but I got $147 of the $244 they took after threatening a lawsuit.

Their copyright information line at the bottom of the page in 6 point type has the Terms link which then states:
$197 charged after 24 hours plus $49 per month!

Here are the terms which can be found when Terms is clicked. You will find this cleverly hidden in the copyright line at the very bottom on the first page next to copyright information.

I’m real sorry you guys have been scammed. Thankfully you have been good enough to put details on the web for other people to read and avoid. This guys started promoting this site and business here in England and it looked appealing so I did a little research and unfortunately you guys seem to be one of many who are being stung! surely the people who are allowing his site to be advertised should be doing something to stop it? I wish you all the best of luck in getting your money back and I hope one of you does manage to take this scum bag to court

I see I am not the only one scammed by this datamoney on line bull. Thanks for the tip about the terms, i missed that line of fine print.
They did charge may card with the 197.00 but I will not pay that bill. Has anyone noticed that the abbrivation kn will appear on your card statement, the only country that used this abbreviation is North Korea. If anyone has given them a credit card number as I did it will be in your best interest to have the card cancelled as I have done , or they will keep taking out the money. They do not respond to any emails that you send out or phone calls. I have contacted my credit card company and they gave me a phone number to call, though i doubt that it will do me any good.

I just want to say thank you for publishing this info, I have only found one web site to date that is some what legit They are called Live Ops the only downside is that the time invested to me was not worth the money I made. But if you can do it full time it may be for you. Also before investing with any website I would suggest checking with the Better Business Bureau and also asking if it is a scam. put in the name of the website or the the name of the person with the word scam in it and see what comes up. I anyone reading this has a legit website that they have tried and used please send me an e-mail with the info.

I am glad i googled this information. i signed up with data money online yesterday, but i did not do anything to make money. i wanted to make sure of all my concerns before i got charged anything. When i found this website and saw all of your scam stories from this company, i was freaking out. So i call the 877 number mentioned in one of messages above and i cancelled everything with the data money online and my mastercard was only charged 7.98. I think i got pretty lucky. I also did it before my 24 hours was up. Good to all of you and thanks for all your posts about the scamming company.

Today I received and email in reguards to an breast pump I put up for sale on Craigslist….the link lead me to this DMO company….glad I googled it and same on them for misleading me that someone wanted to buy my stuff on Craigslist…guess I need to contact them and let them know this company is using them for ill gotten profit…..

but that was enough I had to cancel my credit card though.

This people are big SCAM. I went to the address on the web here in Miami and the location is for a company that has mail boxes, thats the number 5013. but they also told me that this people tried to open an account with them online ,but never register,so this company has planes to pursue legal matters against this datamoneyonline.com for using this address without even register.
Somebody can really find out where this people are located so we can go to the state attorneys office to stop them once for all.

When I got my credit card report
I looked at the charge and it states: CPIpay.com – so I typed it in my browser and lo and behold! a web page appears that seems to be the legitimate page for COMMERCEPAYICE, the processors for payments
of Datamoney online.
In the front page there is a button called BILLING INQUIRY so I entered and wrote to them the story of the ripoff and that there were many other people like me who had denounced them on the scam busting sites on the web. I told them that this makes them look very bad and that I expect a full refund from them for this scam. It is said in the terms and conditions of sale that we can report to them (commercepay) if we feel we have been misled or defrauded in any way. So I urge you all to do the same. Login to: http://www.cpipay.com NOW and let’s flood them with requests for full refunds and urge them not to continue dealing with this company. It makes them look very bad. And if we do not get satisfaction, let us not EVER process a payment though them again.
They promise an answer within 48 hours and even offer to call us if we supply them with our phone number. GOOD LUCK! Maybe we haven’t lost everything yet. GOOD LUCK TO YOU ALL!

To everybody that has been scamed by data money online. I too tried the program and they got me for $204.95. I found a website were you can file a federal complaint for internet scams with the FBI. You can go to this website http://www.ic3.gov and file a complaint. Just maybe we can get our money back and if enough people file complaints maybe we can stop these people from stealing our money for good. Something needs to be done. Lets all work together and get it done.
