The end of August, I ordered a biology textbook from the Internet site- Store4All. Several weeks later I received an e-mail stating they were unable to cash my check because the name on the check had been changed. I originally wrote the check for Store4All and then later saw, at check-out that they wanted the check made out to Blaze Pendarovski. I crossed out the store name, initialed it, and then wrote her name. I thought that would be fine since she was selling through the Store4All site. I was promised that my original check would be returned. Several days later I sent a second check thinking the first one was on the way back. Last Thursday, I was informed through my bank, that the first check had been cashed. Consequently, I put a stop on the 2nd check. I have contacted Susan Tiles through Store4Us several times. She keeps saying the book is being shipped by UPS and apologizes for the delay. In the meantime, my son has never received the textbook.
Her site even states that items are shipped as soon as she receives payment. It has been over a month since this transaction has been started.

My son finally received a book today which is over a month since it was ordered. The book was not the 8th Edition with CD as ordered, and it was a cheap copy.

Purchased hard bound edition 8 w/ CD and access code. A few emails to “Blaze”, & 3 weeks later I get edition 7, which is soft bound, has no color photos, a very poor copy, and hard to read, as it was printed in light grey, not dark black text. Since I used a credit card, I’ve gotten my money back for this bait and switch tactic.
