Sean Canale of UniversalAntiques Ripped Me Off for a pair of 1971 Fender PA Speakers

Sean Canale of UniversalAntiques, an Ebay Seller, ripped Me of for the Sum of 463.99 USD. I sent that Scum Bag a USPO Money Order for 463.99 and He (Sean Canale of San Fransico, CA 94117, Cell Phone #415-368-2172) never sent Me the Speakers. He kept telling Me that they (The Speakers)were on their way. I believed Him, so I never filed an Ebay Grievence, and by that time, it was to late to file. Any help in exposeing Sean Canale for the Thief that He is, will be greatly appreciated by Me.
