We spent 4 days and three hours trying to find a good price for an airline ticket. We found good prices at Travelocity. When we tried to book them the price changed. So we looked for another good price. the same price came up and instantly disappeared. this happened several times over the few hours we were on-line.
we finally got tired of the invalid pric and called the company direct. We were told we were liars that price never came up. we asked for a supervisor and he said the best price was $348. I told him the price was $154 and he said that never was a price. We printed that price and offered to fax it for proof, he would not let us.
while I told him I would stay on line until he found a price lower than that, perferable under $250 he said that was the best price…during my argument with him, my daughter booked a ticket at $208. Travelocity is a fraud and bate and switch company. I would like to see them investigated.
