Vonage is making unauthorized charges on customers cc. The compamy seem to feel they are above any ethical business practices that most US corperations operate by. How a company can get away. I totally refused a charge to a cc they accquired by deceptive methods and charged my charge against my authorization. The charged my card more for canceling service that due to an unathorized illegal charge to begin with. Can’t believe it, what is there to do.

Hi My myspace account was hacked and the hacker is still logged in on my account.They Have charged my cell phone for their stupid games over $1000.I have yett to hear what Zynga and yoville is going to do about it.I need to know if there is a lawyer that will help me.I do not have a phone anymore becouse I cant pay the bill and I have three small kids.

i was stolen u$S 80.- in poker chips. They don`t answer my claims nor refund the money i payed. Is there anything we can do?
