According to the e-trading standards, is it acceptable to place an order on August 27th. 2009 and after more than one month you receive an e-mail from one of Vogueme Customer Service telling you that “There are no goods of your order. Please choose another ones to replace them.Thanks.”
This situation had happened to me, I placed the order of “7 Calvin Klein T-shirts” and on the same day Vogueme charged my credit card account with the price of goods and shipping fees, I allowed them one week for delivery but nothing had happened. Then on September 7th. I sent them an e-mail asking about the situation of my order, on September 8th. I got a reply from customer service Dept. telling me “ We will send you the order as soon as possible and at the same time we will send you the tracking number by mail. Please wait patiently”
After that I sent 5 more e-mails to check the status of my order and I got the same answer, then on September 17, 2009 (21 days after placing my order) I sent another e-mail requesting canceling the order and refund my credit card.
On September 28 I received an e-mail from Customer Service telling me “There are no goods of your order. Please choose another ones to replace them.Thanks.”
Is it rational? Can this kind of behavior be acceptable by any means? I do insist to get a refund and I will never buy anything or recommend anyone to buy from Vogueme.
Still waiting for a refund and I will keep you informed.
N.B.
I have all the e-mails that confirm every word in this letter.
