I purchased a White Eagle Saddle pad which arrived defective. I called the vendor (The Brown Cow Saddle Blanket Company), yet she was to busy to take nor return phone calls. I contacted the White Eagle Saddle Pad Company. The owner identified himself both phonetically, via email, and the metadata contained on his website as “Peter Talan” and address as 3 Filly Court, Yorktown Heights, NY 10598. However, according to the District Attorney, his real name is “Peter Italiano” whose address is 3 Lily Court. The package was addressed from 6 Lily Court which is the home of Mr. & Mrs. Feldman.
Also at 3 Lily Court:
1. Network Graphics, phone: (914) 962-6162
2. Eva R. Italiano
3. James Italiano, a/k/a Jimi Jacket
4. Peter P. Italiano
5. White Eagle Saddlepad Co., phone: (914) 962-2556.
I spoke with Mr. “Talan” a/k/a Mr. Italiano on 4/20/09 @ 2:02 PM (EST) for approximately 7 minutes and 10 seconds. He used foul language, I had to hang up because he was unreasonable, made inappropriate remarks to include death threats. He called back @ 2:18 PM and left a voicemail stating that he did curse, yet was cursing at himself, and that he would reimburse me for the saddle pad.

My name is Peter Talan, and I am the owner of White Eagle Saddle Pad Co.
I received a call from a ms yvonne sodowsky the week of 4/18/95, she
explained she purchased a Frontier saddle pad from The Brown Cow Saddle Blanket Co. and that It was damaged, I explained to ms sodowsky that White Eagle Shipped the pad on behalf of The Brown Cow, because they were out of that paticular color but was sorry to hear there was a problem, and that she should simply ship the pad back to us using our UPS account number, and that we were presently out of her color choice
but would be happy to send her a replacment color choice or another pad of equal value, or the brown cow would simply credit her account.
ms sodowsky explained the damage and I was shocked at what she was
describing, and angrily said the word (Dame) she immediantly suggested
I swore at her, I explained my anger at myself for a saddle pad
arriving in that condition. well, she refused to be reasonable about my
explanation and hung up on me. I called back, got her voice mail, apoligized and told her to send the pad back and she would be credited. At no time did I or would I ever threaten her or anyone, use foul language or refuse to accomadate a customer. It’s as if she had an agenda to purposly be argumentative. she is attempting to slander my name & company’s reputation for no apparent reason. When ms Tina Berg, owner of the Brown Cow called ms sodowsky a few day’s later to arrange for the return of the pad, and suggested she simply place the pad in it’s original container for it’s return, it was then stated by ms sodowsky that the container arrived, ripped open, and could not be used. Ms Berg was shocked at this revalation, asking why she haden’t stated this from the beginning, and that if she had, it would then explain why the pad arrived in the condition it had.
I have been the owner of white eagle saddle pad co for seven years
before that i was the owner of Network Graphics for twenty five years,
and have kept my network graphics phone number for fax purposes.
My real name is Peter Italiano, I use Peter Talan to avoid mispronounciation, Our Address is 3 Lily court, I am here 6 days a week
you can reach me at 914 962 2556 or 800 591 7237 I am a DBA Peter Italiano doing business as White Eagle Saddle Pad Co. We have a US patent on our Padlock System under the name of peter Italiano, White Eagle Saddle Pad Co. I was a successful owner of Network Graphics,
for 25 years, and I am now enjoying my passion for horses, and the saddle pads I create.
I Pay my taxes and have never, ever, in all my years as a business owner, have had any customer or vendor question my integrity or suggest
in any way that I or my company is anything less then professional. I produce the most imaginative, unique, quality saddle pads in the industry, perhaps this is a result of some terrible people who resent White Eagle’s success, ( We Will Take Action,) no normal person would
act the way ms Sodowsky has acted.

These are the finest saddle pads on the market as is the service from the company. I’ve bought a number of pads from White Eagle over the years and have found them to be of excellent quality and of the highest standards.

Many people use shortened names, nicknames, maiden names or even select a new name for business purposes. What does it matter? Mr. Talan returned her calls, answered her emails and offered her money back or a replacment pad. Those are all the markings of excellent customer service! What more could anyone else have done better?
I have two of these amazing pads and the experience was wonderful. They arrived super fast. I had a polite and professional communication from Mr. Talan. Both the Legend and Old Master are of the highest quality imaginable. My horse works great in them and I highly recommend these pads and Mr. Talan’s company.
It sounds to me like this particular Yvonne Sodowsky has a less than honorable motive here.

Ms. Berg stated that her husband is an attorney and provided his number. Upon a background check and phone call to the State Bar of New Mexico, this ‘person’ is not a licensed attorney with the State of New Mexico.
The illegal practice of a profession involves any person or entity who practices one of the licensed professions without a license authorizing him/her to practice, and/or who falsely represents him/herself as authorized to practice such a profession. Someone who has not met the State of New Mexico’s range of requirements for professional licensure, including: education, experience and examination, regardless of licensure in any other jurisdiction, is considered an unlicensed individual unless the statute authorizing the profession provides for specific conditions or exemptions. Unlicensed individuals and entities that practice a profession can be prosecuted by the Office of the Attorney General for a felony criminal violation.
All conversations with the above entities have been duly annotated, transcribed, to include but not limited to the date, time, group, location, and voice identification. The recordings speak for themselves.
Ms. Berg interjected and made assumptions without allowing the complainant to finish sentences. Thus, Ms. Berg is simply making assumptions without facts. Ms. Berg made several harrassing phone calls to the complainant. Harrassing phone calls exhibit a pattern of abuse, to include stalking.
Mr. Talan/Italiano did in fact curse and use foul language. If necessary, the transcribed conversations will be made available in the appropriate legal forum when the appropriate discovery requests have been issued with a legal Order of the Court.
Local law enforcement has been notified along with co-workers, family, neighbors, etc. to ensure not only the physical safety of the complainant, but also the property of same. The harrassment will stop immediately. Any further contact, whether direct or indirect, from Mr. Talan/Italiano or Ms. Berg will result in formal charges.

No, they are not the finest saddle pads. I’ve been cursed at by Talan, too.

Considering Mr. Talan/Italiano is conducting business under a name other than his own, has he filed the appropriate Business Certificate with the Westchester County Clerk?
Or, with the appropriate agency, i.e., New York State Department of State?
Why would Mr. Talan/Italiano want to harrass the complainant at her business office? Why would he or Ms. Bergh contact the complainant’s coworkers?
Why does Mr. Talan/Italiano insist these occurences happened in 1995?
Why would Ms. Bergh provide false information to the complainant? For instance, falsifying that her ‘husband’ is an ‘attorney’ when in fact he is not.
Why did not Mr. Talan/Italiano and Ms. Bergh simply allow the complainant to complete sentences, rather than interupt. Instead, they prolonged the return transaction, made promises that they did not follow through on, and contacted other individuals to harrass the complainant.
Although I do believe the saddle pads are aesthetically pleasing and do have old world charm, I would not purchase a pad from either of the above. Why? Because of the vulgar and offensive language expressed by the vendors, bad business practice, Mr. Talan/Italiano’s lack of chivalry, and Ms. Bergh’s unladylike behavior.
A simply apology and kind word goes a long way – which inturn may lead to promising transactions. Any lack thereof of these two vendors may lead to many not so promising transactions.

Why would Mr. Talan list his address on his website as:
3 Lily Court
Yorktown Heights, NY 10598
Then mail packages through the United States Postal System from:
3 Filly Court
Yorktown Heights, NY 10598
A reverse address search and land records search exhibits the correct address and that the other is fake. Is the fake address registered? If no, why use a fake address?
Why did the complainant pay for shipping from New Mexico, yet the package was shipped from New York? What is the difference thereof?

So, did this occur in 1995? Why is this Talan fella so upset about something that happened over 14 years ago; or, is he simply so dishonest that he cannot factually speak the truth?

Christina Bergh’s “attorney” may be contacted @ (505) 231-5087. The New Mexico Disciplinary Board of Supreme Court in Albuquerque may be contacted @ (505) 842-5781.

This matter occured in April of 2009, not 1995.
the above date is wrong. So the matter is now in
proper perspective.
Everything I stated throughout this issue is the definative truth.
